Curriculum In addition to weekly meetings, participants have the opportunity to attend both local and national conferences, seminars and academies. These events offer Explorers to learn more about themselves through challenging team building activities and learn more about local and national law enforcement practices. St. Louis Police Explorers also serve the community when needed. During the annual parades in St. Louis, Explorers assist with directing traffic and crowd control and also represent their group by marching in the parades.
Police Explorers The St. Louis Police Explorers Unit educates young adults on the purpose, mission and objectives of law enforcement agencies. Police Explorers have the opportunity to gain practical experiences while also serving the community. The Explorers program strives for participants to become better citizens and community members while promoting high standards of scholarship, character development and physical fitness. |
